Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, you must clearly notify us that a refund or exchange is requested within 30 days of receiving said item via email (contact@moondial.space) with a subject line including “return” or “exchange” and “request”. After we authorize your return/exchange, you must ship the item(s) within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. When you cancel an order after it has been shipped, a refund will only be made when the item has been returned to us unused and without damage (packaging included). Costs of return-shipping are not refunded. Currently international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email contact@moondial.space with your order # before shipping out your return. We will provide the shipping address when the return is authorized. AION, www.moondial.space , is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.

Limited Warranty

AION warrants its MOONDIAL product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, AION will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either: (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact AION's customer service at contact@moondial.space to receive instructions on how and where to return the defective product. You must include your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the returned product.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by AION. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to this express warranty period.

AION will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use this product. Specifications and policy are subject to change without notice.
